Each month, The Kentucky
Explorer magazine receives literally scores of letters from
our faithful readers. Whenever possible, we try to publish as
many of them as possible in the 12 pages we have set aside for
"Letters to the Editor."
Here are actual letters from March
Misses Home State
When I read The Kentucky Explorer it feels like I have been transported
back in time. I really like Kentucky and still miss my home state.

My dad moved the family to Michigan in July 1946. I will never
forget that day. As a child, I was hurt in leaving the farm.
We were all in a Model A Ford. It was sad to hear the train whistle
blow. It turned out not to be a good move.

I really enjoy The Kentucky Explorer and look forward to it each
I grew up in McCreary County, Kentucky, and moved to Sidney Ohio
