Words, Music To Songs,
And Recipe Wanted

Dear Editor:
I would like to have the words and music to the songs "Everybody Put Your Shoulder To The Wheel" and "Red Wing."
Also, I would like the recipe and instructions on how to make the dried apple stack cake.

Revival At Cane Ridge
Dear Editor:
I am searching for information on a revival that happened at Cane Ridge, Kentucky.
From my understanding it was a large revival that happened across from Cincinnati on the Kentucky side of the Ohio River during colonial days or around that time frame.
I am putting together a research paper on this topic.
Any help in obtaining information would be deeply appreciated.
