These two Kentuckians, Paul Jones (left) of Frankfort, Franklin County, and Pharmacist Don Richardson (right) from Liberty, Casey County, caught this string of striped bass at Lake Cumberland in Jamestown, Russell County, on November 12, 1964. The total weight of the fish was 41 pounds. The photo was taken beside the Casey County Courthouse in Liberty by Fred Burkhart, editor of The Casey County newspaper.
