Howard Information Helpful
Dear Editor:
I requested information on the Howard family through The Kentucky Explorer and am happy to relate that my request was answered. There was no return address, so I do not know whom to thank. The sender of this information can't imagine how much I appreciate the efforts in finding this data for me. I still have a long way to go with my search, but this information gave me a great start.
Thanks to the magazine for providing a service to advertise requests.

Recipes Help Keep Tradition
Dear Editor:
Thanks to Kentucky Explorer readers who responded when I asked for an old-fashioned recipe for sweet bread that my grandmother made when I was a child.
I am now able to make the bread for my family and keep the tradition going for generations to come.
