Sarah J. was the dau. of James Derringer, b. 1841, d. 1910; and Emily Royal, b. 1850 N. C., d. 1902. She was the granddaughter of Jacob C. Derringer, b. 1812, d. 1882; and Elizabeth Pagget, b. 1818, d. 1910, Ill. Sarah's siblings: John C., b. 1868, m. Sarah B. Sanders; Jacob, b. 1870; George W., b. 1871, d. 1945, m. Martha J. Lay; Susan B., b. 1878, m. R. L. Lay; James F., b. 1880; and Nancy L., b. 1881, d. 1906. Any photos or info. appreciated.
