1st Sulphur Gap School Reunion, 2002


The Sulphur Gap School held its first reunion on Saturday, April 27, 2002, at the Church of The Open Bible, Sulphur Gap, Breathitt County. The old one-room school, which doubled as a church and Sunday School, no longer stands. Present among the classmates from the mid-1930s and family members were (kneeling, l-r): William Ray "Bill" Turner; Eugene Bellamy; Rev.
