Owsley County Marriages, 1843 - 1929

Owsley County, Kentucky, Marriages, 1843-1929 (3rd Edition) is information on over 6,700 marriages collected from vital statistics, census records, birth and death records, published and unpublished family histories, and more. Groom's name, bride's name, date (many approximate), parents' names, extensive list of sources of each marriage, and brides' index. The book is $18, and the disk is $10. Brawner Books

Macon County, Tennessee, Bonds and Marriages is the first in a series of books of Macon County, Tennessee, marriages. This first book consists of bonds and marriages that cover the years of April 1901 into July 1929. Unfortunately, any marriage records prior to this time period have been destroyed. These records were transcribed from five rolls of microfilmed public records from the Macon County Clerk's Office. The book has an alphabetical listing of the grooms and a full-name index of the brides. It is 150 pages in length. The cost per book is $19.95, plus $1.90 S/H.
